Call us "OLD FASHIONED." Honestly, don't you kinda
get the feeling in most stores that their greeting is ... "what' ca' want?" and
their service policy is "you bought it, it's your problem..."? well we think it
is their problem.
Because at SHOE OUTLETS, we appreciate your business, whether your in our stores or ordering from our catalog or off the Web. And our families appreciate your business. Seems like they've gotten used to eating everday! So we're going to do everything we can to say "THANKS" and be sure that you are pleased with what you buy here.
